Mid-Term Review of the CLME – Sustainable Management of the Shared Living Marine Resources of the Caribbean Large Marine Ecosystem (CLME)

This evaluation is being conducted based on template reviewed by UNOPS and UNDP. It is based on information obtained through review of project documents and interviews with persons familiar with various aspects of the CLME Project. The evaluation necessarily contains the evaluator’s personal perspectives and experience when balancing the information and developing recommendations (Annex F).  The evaluation has been conducted with a view to constructively assist the successful termination of the CLME project.
